Carter Bloodcare is a non-profit organization based in the United States that is dedicated to providing a safe and reliable blood supply to those in need. Established in 1998, the organization operates across 50 counties in North, Central and East Texas, and collects blood donations from voluntary blood donors in hospitals, community blood drives and donor centers.
