Envoy Air, based in Irving, Texas, is a regional airline that operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group. The airline was founded in 1984 as American Eagle Airlines and was renamed to its current name in 2014. Envoy Air operates a fleet of more than 150 aircraft, primarily Embraer 145 and Bombardier CRJ700 aircraft, flying to more than 100 destinations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
