What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
- Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining professional communication with customers and dispatch.
- Monitor concrete quality and assist with the accurate placement and discharge of materials.
- Follow all company safety procedures, DOT regulations, and environmental requirements.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment in a variety of conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently.
- Capability to perform job-related physical activities and adapt to changing operational demands.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
