Job Responsibilities:-
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and challenges.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP MDG solutions to support master data management processes for various domains such as customer, vendor, material, and finance.
- Customize SAP MDG functionalities to meet specific business needs, including data modeling, data validation rules, and workflow configurations.
- Conduct data quality assessments and develop strategies to improve the quality and accuracy of master data.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP MDG implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users for SAP MDG functionalities and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MDG configurations, interfaces, and integrations.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP MDG developments, best practices, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data governance, IT, and business operations, to ensure alignment of SAP MDG solutions with overall business objectives.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance master data management processes and optimize SAP MDG functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP MDG, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of master data management concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MDG modules, including data modeling, data replication, data validation, and workflow management.
- Proficiency in SAP MDG integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP MDG certification(s) preferred.
