Job Position: Business Analyst- Energy Sector 
Job Location: Gurugram
Job Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:-
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs
  • Gather and document business requirements through interviews, and documentation analysis
  • Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications for the development team
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization
  • Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to industry standards and regulations
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders and end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to address issues and mitigate risks
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in  Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as Business Analyst
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the energy sector or a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of energy industry processes, regulations, and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is desirable
  • Certification in Business Analysis is preferred
