Job Location: Chennai
Job Type: Contractual 


Job Responsibilities:-
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions to support financial operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Financial Reporting.
  • Customize SAP FICO functionalities as needed to meet specific business needs, including defining chart of accounts, posting keys, document types, and other configuration settings.
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP FICO implementations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for SAP FICO functionalities and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO configurations, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO developments, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business operations to ensure alignment of SAP FICO solutions with overall business objectives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and optimize SAP FICO functionality.
Job Requirements:-
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-8  years of experience working with SAP FICO, including implementation, configuration, and support 
  • SAP FICO experience in Costing and Tax (EMEA)
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Financial Reporting.
  • Proficiency in SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD) and third-party systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • SAP FICO certification(s) preferred.
