About this role
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented 3D QA Artist who can take ownership of the quality assurance process across 3D projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all 3D assets meet client expectations, follow project guidelines, and maintain the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Review and validate 3D assets (Modeling + Texturing + Lighting) for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Understand project requirements, guidelines, and workflows thoroughly.
- Ensure assets align with client expectations before final delivery.
- Provide clear and structured feedback to the production team.
- Collaborate closely with the 3D artists and other departments to ensure smooth communication on required changes.
- Maintain documentation of QA checks and track revisions efficiently.
- Take ownership of the QA pipeline to maintain high production standards.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in Quality assurance of 3D assets.
- Strong knowledge of 3D Modeling ,Texturing and Lighting workflows.
- Experience with industry-standard tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar.
- Keen eye for detail, scale, topology, UVs, and textures.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into quality benchmarks.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team effectively.
- Problem-solving attitude with responsibility and ownership mindset.
- Prior QA or similar experience in 3D production pipelines is preferred.
