- Gestionar versiones de software y control de cambios.
- Coordinar liberaciones con equipos de Desarrollo, Testing, QA y Operaciones.
- Administrar repositorios Git y estrategias de branching.
- Mantener y mejorar pipelines de CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Automatizar procesos de build, integración y despliegue.
- Validar que una versión cumpla criterios de calidad antes de liberarse.
- Dar soporte durante despliegues y resolver incidencias de release.
- Gestionar documentación y trazabilidad de versiones.
📌 Requisitos y Skills para Software Release Engineer Junior:
- Educación: Licenciatura en Informática, Sistemas o afín (o experiencia equivalente).
- Control de versiones: Git (branching, merging, tags) y plataformas como GitHub/GitLab.
- CI/CD: Conocimiento básico de Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps o GitLab CI.
- Metodologías: Familiaridad con Agile/Scrum y gestión de cambios (ITIL es un plus).
- Colaboración: Coordinación con equipos de Desarrollo, QA y Operaciones.
- Documentación: Habilidad para registrar procesos y versiones (Markdown, Jira, Confluence).
- Resolución de problemas: Soporte en despliegues y validación de criterios de calidad.
- Herramientas adicionales (plus): Docker, AWS/Azure básico, o monitoreo (Grafana).
- Habilidades blandas: Comunicación clara, atención al detalle y trabajo en equipo.
