About this role
We’re looking for an experienced salesperson with strong technical problem‑solving skills to join our Christchurch team. In this role, you’ll manage key commercial & civil accounts, grow new business, and represent the Anzor brand with pride.

You must hold a full, clean NZ driver’s license and be eligible to work in New Zealand.
What you’ll be doing
- Growing Anzor’s presence in the commercial & civil sector by consistently acquiring new customers
- Identifying opportunities, hunting out new business, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets
- Building strong, long‑term customer relationships through excellent communication
- Collaborating with the wider team and supporting branch operations when needed

What you’ll bring
- Minimum 2 years’ face‑to‑face B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to generate and grow sales
- Confidence in meeting and exceeding targets
- Existing civil‑sector relationships (advantageous)
- A great sense of humour and strong communication skills
- Tech‑savvy, quick to learn, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with fasteners or trade‑related industries (preferred, not essential)
