About the RoleÂ
VML MontrĂ©al is looking for a versatile, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our team as an Account Manager, Client Services.Â
In this role, you will provide key administrative and operational support across accounts, with a focus on managing client budgets, maintaining schedules, preparing team status updates, and coordinating campaign adaptation projects for the Quebec market.Â
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, has a strong eye for detail, and is genuinely interested in creative campaigns and teamwork.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Accurately manage and track client budgets.Â
- Maintain and update production and delivery schedules.Â
- Prepare team status updates and track ongoing tasks.Â
- Coordinate campaign adaptation projects for the Quebec market.Â
- Support leadership and account supervision in the coordination and tracking of creative campaigns.Â
- Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.Â
- Assist with preparing status reports, presentations, and account-related communications.Â
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, remain consistent, and are compliant with requirements.Â

What We’re Looking ForÂ
- A background in marketing, communications, administration, advertising, or a related field.Â
- Relevant experience in client services, account coordination, project management, or an administrative role within the creative or advertising industry.Â
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and multiple deadlines.Â
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when it comes to budgets, timelines, and deliverables.Â
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Â
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using project management tools.Â
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in both languages, particularly in a bilingual team and client environment.Â

- GĂ©rer et faire le suivi des budgets clients avec prĂ©cision.Â
- Assurer la mise Ă jour et le respect des calendriers de production et de livraison.Â
- PrĂ©parer les mises Ă jour / statuts d’équipe et assurer le suivi des tâches en cours.Â
- Coordonner les projets d’adaptation de campagnes publicitaires pour le marché quĂ©bĂ©cois.Â
- Soutenir la direction et la supervision de compte dans la coordination et le suivi des campagnes crĂ©atives.Â
- Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes internes afin d’assurer la fluidité des projets et le respect des échĂ©anciers.Â
- Participer à la prĂ©paration de documents de suivi, de prĂ©sentations et de communications liĂ©es aux comptes.Â
- Veiller à la qualitĂ©, Ă la cohĂ©rence et Ă la conformité des livrables.Â

Profil recherchĂ©Â
- Formation en marketing, communication, administration, publicité ou dans un domaine connexe.Â
- ExpĂ©rience pertinente en service-conseil, en coordination de comptes, en gestion de projets ou dans un rĂ´le administratif lié au milieu crĂ©atif ou publicitaire.Â
- Excellentes compĂ©tences en organisation, gestion des prioritĂ©s et suivi de dossiers.Â
- Grande rigueur dans la gestion des dĂ©tails, des échĂ©anciers et des budgets.Â
- Capacité à  travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide.Â
- Très bonne maĂ®trise de Microsoft Office et aisance avec les outils de gestion de projet.Â
- Bilinguisme français-anglais obligatoire, Ă l’oral comme Ă l’écrit. La personne doit être en mesure de travailler efficacement dans les deux langues, notamment dans un contexte de collaboration avec des Ă©quipes et des clientèles bilingues.Â
