Job Description
Role OverviewÂ
The Account Manager plays a key role in managing client relationships, leading project execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of integrated marketing initiatives. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable and high-quality outputs.Â
The Account Manager acts as a central point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and excellence in delivery.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
1. Client ManagementÂ
Manage day-to-day client communication with confidence and professionalism Â
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients Â
Ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables Â
Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions Â
2. Project Ownership & DeliveryÂ
Take full ownership of multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously Â
Translate client briefs into structured, actionable plans Â
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of deliverables Â
Monitor progress and address challenges proactively Â
Financial Ownership: Take full financial ownership of the project, from quotations, to POs, to invoicing. Â
3. Cross-functional CoordinationÂ
Lead the collaboration with creative, production, and internal teams Â
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders Â
Facilitate smooth workflows between departments Â
4. Quality & Execution ExcellenceÂ
Maintain strong attention to detail across all outputs Â
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards Â
Drive continuous improvement in execution Â
Account Hygiene: Ensure applying Project management tools including but not limited to: CPS, Minutes of meeting, Financial bookkeeping Â
