We are currently looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting team on a 1-year fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave. As an Accountant, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Accounting department in alignment with the company's goals and policies.

Responsibilities 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and general ledger entries.
• Communicate (internally and externally) with all related parties for the accounting issues.
• Ensure that financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with finance-related policies, procedures, and tax-accounting standards.
• Control and reconciliation of balances with clients, suppliers and banks
• Perform bookkeeping and other accounting duties
• Invoice archiving and electronic record management
• Handle the preparation of executive summaries: cash flows, balance sheets etc.

Requirements 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting related jobs.
• Strong administration and accounting skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Epsilon Pylon accounting software is considered as a plus
• Eager to learn new things and take on additional tasks to support the team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
