About this role
Aufgrund einer Nachbesetzung suchen wir per sofort eine/n BuchhalterIn für unser Corporate Shared Service Center an unserem Hauptsitz in Schaffhausen. Als Teil eines dreiköpfigen Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für die Finanzbuchhaltung mehrere Konzerngesellschaften und tragen aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzprozesse bei. Diese Stelle eignet sich besonders gut für Personen, die über eine hohe operative Effizienz im Accounting verfügen, aber auch strategische Herausforderungen mögen, wie z.b. die Übernahme von gewissen Controlling-Aktivitäten.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung von zwei Konzerngesellschaften, Verantwortung für Kreditoren- Debitoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie des Konzernreportings
- Hauptansprechpartner für interne und externe Revisoren/Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Effiziente Anlagenbuchhaltung, inklusive Projektcontrolling von Investitionsprojekten und -ausgaben (Capex)
- Vorantreiben der Standardisierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Finanzprozessen innerhalb des Shared Service Centers
- Unterstützung bei Evaluation, Einführung und Migration von neuen Systemen (z.b. S/4HANA)
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre (oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
- Idealerweise 3-4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld (Komplexität, Internationalität, Anlagenbuchhaltung etc.)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Zahlenflair und Affinität für Prozesse und Systeme, sehr gute xls-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit SAP, idealerweise auch SAP S/4HANA
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Überzeugende und gewinnende Kommunikation, verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
