Job Description
Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions of various types by entering account information data.
- Oversee POs, Account Receivables and Account Payables, Reconcile daily transactions.
- Prepare journal entries for month-end close.
- Analyze accounting posting options and suggest financial actions.
- Identify and investigate unreconciled balances, differences in balances of various source.
- Prepare Financial reporting for the company.
- Compile comprehensive reports as requested.
- Manage company employee expense systems and procedures.
- In addition to the core responsibilities listed above, the jobholder may be required to perform other duties on an ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in financial and tax reporting.
- Strong skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Experience with Odoo software is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
