Job Description

• Maintains accurate balance sheet accounts and supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing with meticulous documentation and financial controls.
• Prepares and administers monthly utility billings, statements of account, and owner share summaries with accuracy and discretion.
• Oversees owner cheque transactions, journal entries, credit reviews, and outstanding accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of accounting experience; experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
