Financial Services Firm needs an Accounting Manager.
Review accounting records and financial statements
Review compliance reporting
Review capital call & distribution calculations and letters
Prepare accounting records, schedules and reports
Mentor and develop accounting staff
Coordinate deliverables with Investor Relations
Assist clients with questions and needs
Qualifications
BS Degree in Accounting
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
7-10 years of experience with Private Equity and Fund Administration
GAAP accounting
Advanced Excel skills
Additional Information
