Descrizione del lavoro

Riportando direttamente al responsabile , il/la candidato/a si occuperà di:

  • Sistemazione di reparto
  • Impiantazione del prodotto
  • Valorizzazione del prodotto
  • Qualità dell'accoglienza cliente garantita
  • Conoscenza e animazione dei servizi Kiabi
  • Preparazione delle operazioni commerciali
  • Operazioni di cassa

Qualifiche

  • Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente
  • Precedente esperienza nel settore della vendita al dettaglio o del servizio clienti
  • Forti capacità comunicative e interpersonali
  • Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente con ritmi serrati e di lavorare in multitasking in modo efficace.
  • Abilità nella gestione del contante e competenze matematiche di base
  • Flessibilità a lavorare su diversi turni, inclusi la sera, i fine settimana e i giorni festivi.
  • Capacità fisica di stare in piedi per periodi prolungati e di sollevare fino a 25 libbre
  • Conoscenza delle tendenze della moda e del settore della vendita al dettaglio, un plus
  • Entusiasmo nel fornire un servizio clienti eccellente e nel creare esperienze di shopping positive
  • Mentalità orientata al team, con la disponibilità a sostenere i colleghi, se necessario.
