Uraian Pekerjaan
- Menyiapkan dan mengelola dokumen rekam medis pasien sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku untuk memastikan kelengkapan dan ketepatan administrasi.
- Melaksanakan digitalisasi, pengarsipan, dan penyimpanan rekam medis, termasuk proses scanning dan pengelolaan dokumen elektronik, sesuai dengan standar pengelolaan rekam medis.
- Mengelola retensi dan arsip rekam medis
- Menjaga kerahasiaan, keamanan, dan ketersediaan informasi rekam medis pasien serta mendukung kelancaran administrasi Unit Rekam Medis sesuai standar operasional.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal D3 Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan atau bidang kesehatan lain yang relevan.
- Mampu bekerja sesuai target dan tenggat waktu.
- Teliti, rapi, dan bertanggung jawab.
- Disiplin serta mampu menjaga kerahasiaan informasi dan dokumen pasien.
