Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team to deliver high-quality frontline customer service and administrative duties. The role requires a dedicated client focus to enhance the client experience and deal with any phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to frontline, phone, and email inquiries, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
  • Assist clients with registration, enrolment, program details, and appointment bookings, offering clear and accurate guidance.
  • Promote Navitas Skilled Futures programs and events to clients and stakeholders, enhancing awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure accurate and secure client records, data entry, and documentation to maintain seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in reception and student areas, addressing client needs with care.
  • Escalate client feedback, complaints, or issues in a timely manner to support continuous service improvement. 

Qualifications

The person we seek will ideally have the following skills and experience: 

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of diverse cultural perspectives and a sensitive, client-focused approach.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
  • Holds valid WWVP or equivalent.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the education sector or government-contracted programs.
  • Familiarity with student management systems such as VETtrak
