Water Treatment Service Coordinator

Cliff Cummings, a Protect Environmental Company is driven by a mission to create healthy, safe, clean, and sustainable indoor environments across the United States.  Position Summary The Water Treatment Services Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customer water quality concerns, combining job coordination with water treatment knowledge. This role manages day-to-day customer communications and scheduling, diagnoses and troubleshoots water filtration and pump issues via phone, and analyzes water quality reports to design appropriate remediation systems. Essential Functions · Serve as primary contact for incoming phone calls and emails regarding service requests and customer questions. · Schedule service appointments, installations, and follow-up visits, coordinating with fields technicians and customer availability. · Troubleshoot customer-reported issues with water filtration systems and pumps via phone, providing initial diagnostics and guidance before scheduling field support. · Coordinate logistics for equipment, parts, and technician scheduling to ensure timely service. · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and system installations in ServiceTitan. · Review and interpret water quality test reports to identify contaminants, hardness levels, and other water concerns. · Design and recommend appropriate filtration and treatment system configurations to remediate identified water quality concerns. · Represent the company in a professional and positive manner. · Respond quickly to customer problems or issues. · Other duties as assigned   Required Skills/Abilities: · Experience with ServiceTitan is not required but preferred. · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. · Strong customer service and phone communication skills. · Ability to work within and meet established deadlines. · Punctual. · Mechanically inclined. · Strong problem-solving skills. · Highly organized and attention to detail. · Must have a clean background, a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.   Physical Demands and Work environment · This job operates in an office environment with frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.  · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer when working in the office. · Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds.    Travel Required · Travel as needed but not regularly required.   Education and Experience · 3+ years of experience in project coordination. Water treatment filtration experience a plus. · High school diploma or GED equivalent. · Self-starter with a proven track record of working independently
