This position will support the administrative operations of the Engineering division. We aim to create a work environment where people from diverse backgrounds can feel comfortable and secure.
＜職務内容/役割・責任＞
- 資料整理、ファイリング
- データ入力・管理（Excel、SAP等）
- 会議室予約、備品管理
- 郵便物・宅配便の受取・仕分け
- 社内外からの問い合わせ対応（一次受付）
- 部門予算の予実管理
- 技術部門で管轄する環境（実験室、設備、等）の整備
- その他、上司の指示による庶務業務
<必須条件>
- 日常会話レベルの日本語/英語力
- 基本的なPC操作（メール、Excel、Word等）
- チームでの協調性、コミュニケーション力
- 指示に従い正確に業務を遂行できる方
- 障害者手帳をお持ちの方
<望ましい条件>
- 事務経験
- 基幹システム、プロジェクトマネージメント用ツールの使用経験
- Organizing and filing documents
- Data entry and management (Excel, SAP etc.)
- Meeting room reservations and office supplies management
- Receiving and sorting mail and packages
- Handling internal and external inquiries (first point of contact)
- Budget planning and performance management for the division
- Managing and maintaining facilities (e.g., labs and equipment) under the engineering division’s responsibility
- Other general administrative tasks as directed by supervisors
- Holder of a Japanese disability certificate
- Conversational-level Japanese and English skills
- Basic PC skills (email, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to accurately perform tasks as instructed
- Holder of a valid disability certificate
- Experience in administrative work
- Experience using core systems or project management tools
