We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our Dagenham Service. As our Receptionist and Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for people accessing our service - creating a warm, professional and responsive experience from the moment they call or arrive.

You’ll manage appointments, respond to enquiries and keep essential information moving, giving our specialist team the organisation and support they need to help people across Barking and Dagenham live healthier lives.

 

This is not simply reception. It is connection, coordination and better health—combined.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week

 

 

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

Responsibilities

The Receptionist Administrator will have a positive impact on the service, staff and our service users by sitting at the center of the service.

you will:

  • Welcome people and respond to telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain electronic diaries.
  • Record contacts accurately on our case management systems.
  • Provide clear information and signpost people to the right support.
  • Keep reception areas welcoming, organised and up to date.
  • Support feedback, correspondence and wider team administration.

Your work will help ensure every person receives a prompt, respectful and well-organised service.

 

About You:

 

  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and data entry.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
  • Solid numeric skills.
  • Good organisational skills
