AEDN est à la recherche d’un homme à tout faire général pour se joindre à son équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d’une grande variété de travaux de réparation, d’entretien et d’amélioration au sein d’immeubles résidentiels.

Exigences et qualifications

  • Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d’expérience comme homme à tout faire ou dans un poste similaire
  • Connaissances de base en menuiserie, plomberie et électricité
  • Expérience en réparation de cloisons sèches (gypse), peinture, revêtements de sol, céramique et entretien général
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à établir les priorités efficacement
  • Personne fiable, autonome et ponctuelle
  • Attitude proactive et souci du détail avec un bon sens de l’observation pour les réparations et l’entretien
  • Capacité à communiquer en anglais; le bilinguisme est un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire
  • Solides aptitudes au travail d’équipe et aux relations interpersonnelles

General Handyman

AEDN is looking to hire a General Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects within residential apartment buildings.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and has a strong attention to detail.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 year of experience as a handyman or in a similar position
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
  • Experience with drywall repairs, painting, flooring, tile repairs, and general maintenance
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable, independent, and punctual
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for repairs and maintenance needs
  • Must be able to communicate in English; bilingualism is considered an asset but is not required
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
