Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with an established book of business to join Wave Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center in San Francisco, California.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in California
• Established and transferable book of business within aesthetics
• Proven experience performing cosmetic injectables and aesthetic treatments
• Strong patient retention and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a practice
• Ability to contribute to clinic growth through patient acquisition, referrals, and community engagement
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments to determine treatment suitability
• Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical best practices
• Perform aesthetic procedures including injectables, cosmetic laser treatments, and other non-surgical aesthetic services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
• Foster long-term patient relationships through exceptional service, education, and follow-up care
• Support patient retention initiatives and contribute to clinic revenue growth
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evidence-based aesthetic practices
• Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Participate in marketing initiatives, patient events, and community outreach efforts to support business growth
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and infection control standards

Location

Providers will split their time between our San Francisco and San Mateo locations.

Tuesday through Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
