Agency Business Development Manager
About this role
Position Responsibilities
- Support implementation of agency business development frameworks and initiatives to drive growth and productivity
- Track, analyse, and consolidate performance metrics, including lead generation and conversion outcomes
- Coordinate governance and clearance of agency presentations and digital materials
- Provide reporting and tracking support for ad-hoc sales initiatives and management reviews
- Coach and guide agency stakeholders on SOPs and sales advisory guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in agency business development, with exposure to insurance products or direct sales experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly meticulous, with the ability to manage large datasets and multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to work across departments and agency channel
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms; social media exposure is an added advantage
- Proactive mindset with willingness to take on new challenges and continuously learn
