Job Description

- Perform all daily functions of assigned Clients.
- Familiar in WMS and computerized inventory control system and its procedures.
- Conduct inventory cycle count and stock take, ensure inventory accuracy meets KPI.
- Perform invoicing through company portal and conducts billings including associated backup and documentation.
- Provide daily operational reports accurately and timely.
- Perform daily data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management, and audits picking activities.
- Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving, and to ship orders.
- Provide support with other miscellaneous projects, filing and research.
- Rating of domestic transportation bills.
- Receive and handle customer enquiry with Supervisory guidance.
Qualifications
- Certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate or above, preferably with 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry
- Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry
- Proficient PC knowledge
