AI Product Builder

With full autonomy over your approach and close collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial teams, you will continuously sharpen both your technical and strategic skillsets while delivering meaningful value to clients.

Your key responsibilities as an AI Product Builder:

• Running a portfolio of prioritised product problems, rapidly framing, prototyping, and delivering tested solutions
• Building working prototypes using AI tools and coding approaches to create tangible outputs for clients quickly
• Engaging directly with clients to understand challenges and develop scalable, user-focused solutions
• Leading focused discovery and design sprints, applying sound judgement on when to iterate or move on
• Collaborating with engineering, design, and commercial teams to transition successful prototypes into production-ready products
• Feeding insights and learnings into wider product strategy, commercial positioning, and go-to-market activities

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an AI Product Builder:

• You will have a proven track record of delivering 0→1 product solutions, ideally across multiple fast-paced initiatives
• You will have hands-on experience using AI tools to prototype and build working software solutions
• You will be comfortable writing or interpreting code to develop end-to-end prototypes independently
• You will have strong client-facing skills, with the ability to manage both technical and commercial conversations
• You will demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects effectively
