Revenue AI Program Lead

Location: United States Work Arrangement: Remote

About the Role

Hyland is seeking a highly technical and execution-focused Revenue AI Program Lead to drive the design and deployment of AI-powered solutions across our global Revenue organization as a senior individual contributor. This role focuses on improving sales productivity and operational efficiency by replacing manual processes with AI agent-driven, intelligent automated workflows.

Working hands-on to develop, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions across Salesforce and the broader revenue technology stack, this role partners cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption and measurable business impact.

This role moves beyond traditional AI implementations focused on prompts and outputs — centered on:

  • Execution over generation — AI that does, not just AI that writes
  • Workflows over tasks — multi-step orchestration over single interactions
  • Systems integration over isolated tools
  • Business outcomes over experimentation

Technology Tools

  • Salesforce
  • AI Orchestration Frameworks
  • Automation Tools
  • Sales Engagement Platforms
  • Forecasting Tools
  • Enablement Platforms

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

  • Design, build, and optimize AI agents and autonomous workflows to support core revenue activities — including account research, pipeline insights, and sales content generation — while building multi-step workflows that integrate reasoning, decisioning, and action-taking across systems.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into Salesforce and adjacent revenue platforms — partnering with technical teams to connect structured and unstructured data sources, enabling context-aware, action-oriented workflows that drive cross-system execution.
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact automation solutions aligned to business needs — executing against a defined AI roadmap as a senior individual contributor with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
  • Continuously improve agent performance using feedback loops, usage data, and outcome-based metrics — developing and refining production-grade prompts and automation logic to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs across workflows.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to AI usage and data handling — ensuring AI agent solutions align with company data governance and security standards while monitoring adoption and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Enablement teams to support training and rollout of AI tools — contributing to documentation standards, operating processes, playbooks, and best practices for sales teams to support adoption and maximize business impact.

Role Essentials

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with AI tools, prompt development, or automation solutions — combined with 3+ years of experience working within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Proven ability to design, build, and optimize AI agents and autonomous workflows — with experience using AI orchestration frameworks or automation tools and a track record of executing technical projects in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of data structures and integrations — including APIs and structured data formats — with demonstrated experience connecting structured and unstructured data sources to enable context-aware, action-oriented AI workflows
  • Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM teams — with familiarity with revenue tech stack tools such as sales engagement, forecasting, and enablement platforms
  • Experience creating training materials or supporting end-user adoption — with the ability to partner with Enablement teams and contribute to documentation standards, operating processes, and best practices for AI initiatives

What We'd Like to See

Bonus points if you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience building multi-step AI workflows that integrate reasoning, decisioning, and action-taking across systems — moving beyond single-interaction outputs to deliver end-to-end automated execution
  • Proven ability to develop and refine production-grade prompts and automation logic — with experience using feedback loops, usage data, and outcome-based metrics to continuously improve agent performance
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into Salesforce and adjacent revenue platforms — with a track record of enabling cross-system execution and improving sales productivity and operational efficiency at scale
  • Familiarity with data governance, security standards, and risk mitigation practices related to AI usage and data handling — with the ability to ensure AI solutions align with enterprise compliance requirements
  • Experience evaluating and implementing AI tools and platforms — with the ability to contribute to AI roadmap planning and support successful delivery against defined milestones and measurable business outcomes
