Hi! I'm Gianmarco, founder of AIRNEX.
I've been running ecommerce businesses for the past 10 years, starting out in Shanghai, where I spent the first 6 years of my career.ย
I'm also the host of The Seller Process podcast and have spoken at several Amazon conferences.ย
Today, I lead a team of nine, working to build AIRNEX into an internationally recognized brand leader in eco-friendly home & kitchen products.ย

Weโre now looking for a Marketing Lead to take ownership of our DTC marketing function across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Social Media, Email, PR, Affiliates, and Campaigns.
Weโre looking for someone who can build the systems, bring structure to the function, and help turn marketing into a more consistent, data-driven growth engine.
This is not a narrow channel specialist role. TikTok Shop will be one of your first major projects, but weโre looking for someone broader than that โ someone who understands DTC/eCommerce marketing, can connect the dots across channels, and is comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
If youโre a smart, commercially-minded marketer who loves building things from scratch, getting into the numbers, using AI practically, and making marketing more organised, measurable, and effective, this could be a great fit.
This is a key hire. There's a clear path to grow into a Head of Marketing role over the next 12โ24 months as the business scales.
In this role, you will:
๐ Lead overall marketing strategy across Shopify DTC, TikTok, Social Media, Email, PR, and Affiliate programs
๐ค Coordinate the marketing team, guide and unblock the existing email and content marketer, plus the Affiliate Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager we'll hire after this role
๐ฑ Own TikTok Shop end to end, including listings, SEO, content briefs, conversion optimisation, and weekly performance review
๐ Build systems and processes from scratch, including content calendars, briefs, reporting dashboards, creator workflows, and campaign planning
๐ฏ Plan and run integrated cross-channel campaigns for launches, seasonal pushes, and retention initiatives with clear KPIs and post-mortems
๐ Deliver weekly performance reporting to the founder
๐ก Support the development of the marketing team as we grow
This is a full-time remote role with flexible hours.
To be successful in this role, you need:
โ 4-5 years in DTC or ecommerce marketing with proven multi-channel results
โ
Strong grasp of the full marketing stack, including paid social, organic social, email and CRM, creator and affiliate, CRO, and analytics

Strong commercial thinking - you care about numbers, outcomes, and actual business impact
โ Hands on and strategic, comfortable with both execution and high-level planning
โ Coordinator instinct, naturally pull people together, set briefs, and keep work moving without micromanaging
โ AI-fluent, actively use AI tools to accelerate research, copywriting, analysis, and process design
โ Self-starter who builds systems where none exist
โ Excellent written and verbal English

You build systems instinctively, coordinate people without micromanaging, and move between hands-on execution and strategy with ease. You're AI-fluent in practice, not just in claim.ย
Direct, low-ego, and focused on getting things done. You say what you think, and you care about specifics - real numbers and real outcomes over vague plans.
