Pluriad assure les services administratifs et transversaux pour les filiales françaises du Groupe Média-Participations Paris : comptabilité et trésorerie, informatique, juridique, gestion du personnel et services généraux.
Description du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) Technicien(ne) Support IT pour rejoindre notre équipe et être accompagné(e) dans sa montée en compétences par le Responsable Support.
Au sein de l'équipe Helpdesk, vous participerez au support informatique des utilisateurs en prenant en charge les demandes et incidents du quotidien.
Vous serez formé(e) à la préparation des postes de travail, à l'installation des équipements informatiques, au diagnostic des incidents et à la gestion des tickets.
Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes Support, Systèmes et Réseaux afin d'apprendre les bonnes pratiques du métier et de développer progressivement votre autonomie.
Ce poste vous permettra d'acquérir une solide expérience du support informatique et de la relation utilisateur dans un environnement professionnel.
Qualifications
- Préparation d'un diplôme de niveau Bac+2 en informatique (BTS SIO, BUT Informatique, Licence professionnelle ou équivalent).
- Intérêt pour le support informatique et la relation utilisateur.
- Bon sens du service et capacité d'écoute.
- Curiosité, rigueur et envie d'apprendre.
- Bonnes qualités de communication et esprit d'équipe.
- Connaissances de base de l'environnement Windows et du pack Microsoft Office.
- Une première expérience (stage, projet scolaire, alternance) en support informatique serait un plus.
