Job Description

• Kiểm tra toàn bộ thông tin, bao gồm yêu cầu thử nghiệm, yêu cầu của khách hàng, quy trình/hướng dẫn thực hiện, kết quả thử nghiệm từ phòng thí nghiệm, v.v. để đảm bảo báo cáo đã được soạn thảo chính xác trước khi phát hành cho khách hàng.
• Trao đổi và phối hợp với các bên liên quan để làm rõ các thông tin cần thiết, đảm bảo tất cả thông tin thể hiện trên báo cáo là chính xác và đầy đủ.
• Đảm bảo phát hành báo cáo đúng thời hạn theo yêu cầu.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công/yêu cầu của cấp trên.

• Check all information include test assignment, client’s requirement, protocol or manual, test result from lab, etc. to correct typed report before issuing to customer.
• Communicate with relevant parties to clarify all information to show on report correctly.
• Ensure to issue report on time.
• Other assignments upon request from superiors.

Qualifications

• Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Hóa học hoặc tương đương.
• Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại phòng thí nghiệm kiểm nghiệm sản phẩm tiêu dùng (CPT) ở vị trí Report Checker. Có kiến thức về kiểm nghiệm EE là một lợi thế.
• Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh, đặc biệt kỹ năng đọc và viết.
• Tin học: Thành thạo MS Office.
• Kỹ năng: Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.

• Bachelor degree graduate in Chemistry or equivalent 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory of consumer product testing (CPT) as a Report Checker. Knowledge of EE testing is an advantage.
• English (Reading & Writing)
• MS Office
• Communication skill
