1. Formação Acadêmica

• Formação superior completa em Contabilidade (imprescindível).
• CRC ativo.
• Pós-graduação em Contabilidade, Finanças ou áreas correlatas será considerada um diferencial.

2. Experiência Profissional

• De 3 a 5 anos de experiência na área contábil, preferencialmente em ambientes multinacionais ou grandes empresas.

3. Habilidades Técnicas

• Conhecimento de, SAP, Excel entre outras
• Desejável que tenha interesse e familiaridade com novas tecnologias

4. Idiomas

• Inglês avançado: essencial para comunicação oral e escrita com times globais.
• Espanhol: diferencial.

5. Soft Skills e Perfil Comportamental

• Boa comunicação e facilidade de trabalhar em equipe.
• Perfil colaborativo, aberto a dúvidas e com postura de apoio técnico.
• Gosto por números, pensamento crítico e visão analítica.
