Job Description
Objetivo da função:
Ser o principal ponto de contato do cliente de modo a atende-lo com excelencia, profissionalismo e cordialidade buscando melhorias operacionais no dia-a-dia e atuando de maneira constante nas melhores opções de serviço e tarifa;
Entender os serviços das companhias marítimas e co-loaders, e capacidade disponível para atendimento do mercado local;
Conhecer os diferentes tipos de clientes e mercadorias que transportam;
Conhecer o processo de importação e exportação marítima de acordo com os procedimentos locais e do produto (políticas internas).
Resumo das Principais Responsabilidades:
Desenvolver relacionamento com os clientes da carteira;
Desenvolver relacionamento com os prestadores de serviço;
Criar e atualizar os pocedimentos operacionais de cada cliente atendido (SOP) recorrentemente;
Cadastrar novos embarques nas plataformas oficiais da empresa;
Conferir e aprovar documentações de embarques, e garantir as conformidades;
Atualização diária dos embarques de acordo com as informações dos sistemas internos, e companhias marítimas;
Monitorar as atividades diárias com os clientes e comunicar qualquer inconsistência;
Auditar as pastas eletrônicas de cada embarque para ter certeza de que temos todos os documentos e comunicações, apropriadamente salvos em ambiente interno.
Qualifications
Graduado em Comércio Exterior ou Relações Internacionais;
Desejável experiência em agenciamento de cargas;
Inglês fluente obrigatório;
Organização e Multitarefas;
Ótima relação interpessoal;
Autogerenciamento.;
Habilidade de comunicação (escrita, oral e comportamental).
