 Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Martech Pleno I para integrar nosso time e conduzir projetos inovadores de tecnologia de marketing com autonomia e foco em resultados.

Qual será a sua missão?

Conduzir as atividades de tecnologia de marketing com autonomia compatível com o nível Pleno I, assegurando qualidade nas entregas, forte colaboração entre áreas, governança e contribuição direta para os objetivos da organização.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Análise de Demandas: Esclarecer objetivos, prioridades, restrições e critérios de aceite de iniciativas de Martech.
  • Plataformas e Integrações: Conduzir plataformas segundo padrões e prazos estabelecidos, evoluindo a qualidade das integrações e automações.
  • Monitoramento e Melhorias: Acompanhar processos, analisar relatórios/painéis e recomendar ajustes baseados em evidências e dados.
  • Alinhamento com Stakeholders: Integrar dados e campanhas entre diferentes áreas, assegurando decisões alinhadas e rastreáveis.
  • Uso de Inteligência Artificial: Aplicar ferramentas avançadas de IA, engajando na criação de prompts e uso de agentes para otimização operacional.
  • Documentação e Riscos: Manter a documentação organizada, mapear riscos e propor ações preventivas/corretivas.

O que procuramos (Requisitos do Perfil):

  • 🎓 Formação: Graduação concluída em Marketing, Tecnologia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • ⏱️ Experiência: Mínimo de 2 anos de atuação na área de Martech ou Tecnologia de Marketing.
  • 🛠️ Conhecimentos Técnicos:
  • Domínio prático de plataformas de marketing, automações, integrações e análise de dados/campanhas.
  • Conhecimentos avançados em ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial, criação de prompts e agentes inteligentes.
  • Familiaridade com o ecossistema WPP Open (ou plataformas integradas da área).
  • 💡 Competências Comportamentais: Trabalho em equipe, proatividade, organização/gestão do tempo, atenção aos detalhes, comunicação clara e uso ético de IA.

Diferenciais:

  • Pós-graduação ou especializações em gestão, métodos ou ferramentas da disciplina.
  • Inglês e/ou Espanhol intermediários.
