In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Provide case management support for active service systems
- Deliver administrative support for data refresh activities in required systems
- Lead or support service-related software implementation and enhancement projects
- Produce reports for product quality, departmental performance, and day-to-day service operations
- Help develop, implement, and improve service software systems and processes
- Partner across teams to support operational effectiveness and continuous improvement
The essential requirements of the job include:
- BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience; willingness to pursue coursework is also considered
- At least 3 years of experience in a service or customer service systems support environment
- Salesforce.com Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience with business software and process flows
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, plus some Spanish
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- ServiceMax Certified Administrator I or equivalent experience
- Oracle experience
- Exposure to lean tools or change management
