Analyst, Sustainability - Social Compliance (Hong Kong)

Job Description:

This role sits in the Hong Kong Office and reports into Director of Sustainability

Responsibilities

• Handles day-to-day supply chain management by identifying high-risk regions, factories, product categories, compliance issues.
• Support factory assessments and investigations to promote supply chain transparency, responsible business practices, and alignment with A&F requirements.
• Manages the social compliance audit program such as SLCP, WRAP, SMETA, BSCI, SA8000 and other relevant industry standards or frameworks
• Leads sustainability onboarding for new factories in APAC countries by conducting on-site visit to perform A&F sustainability onboarding assessment.
• Develops and verifies the implementations of Corrective Action Plans to ensure timely and sustainable correction by factories.
• Partner with sourcing, QA, vendors, factories, third-party auditors to strengthen supply chain management and practices.

Qualifications

• Position will require a unique combination of business, communication, and social compliance experience from both academic and professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in CSR, Sustainability, or Business/Communications related fields
• Five plus years of professional experience related to social audits across APAC countries
• Excellent communication skills and project management capabilities with ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization across functions and geographies
• Ability to adjust quickly to a fast paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure
• Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, and trust within and outside of the organization
• Frequent travel required for this position.
• Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Maintain a working knowledge of CSR metrics and reporting standards
