Application Manager (Medical Equipment) (Thailand)

Accountabilities:

• Develop and lead the Application Team to implement team strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and effectiveness for pre-sales, post-sales, and consulting activities.
• Understand customer business needs and analyze system and product requirements.
• Lead pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product presentations and application demonstrations.
• Provide technical information on product specifications, features, benefits, and applications.
• Develop and deliver product and application training for internal staff to support effective selling activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and other teams to provide effective customer solutions. 
  
  
  

Qualifications: 

• Male/Female, Age 30 years old or above
• Bachelor’s degree in related sciences
• At least 7 years of work experience in the medical product business (Neurology, Rehabilitation, Imaging Solutions, Oncology, Cardio Vascular, Respiratory)
• Ability to learn and understand related technical/clinical information quickly
• Demonstrate strategic thinking
• Experience in people management is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Good command of English communication (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
