Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective clients with a warm and engaging approach.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team based on customer availability.
- Provide basic information about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work closely with our team to achieve appointment-setting goals.
Your role plays a vital part in helping customers make their homes more energy-efficient and comfortable!
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and easily with diverse customers.
- Previous experience in appointment setting or customer service is a plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented to manage schedules and follow-ups effectively.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
