About this role

Flowserve is offering an apprenticeship for 3 years with the study: Allround Precisieverspaner and 1e Monteur Mechatronica level 3
Apprentices will get a study program for 3 years and you will work 4 days a week (dayshift) as a Machinist or Assembler (depending on the study being followed) at the Flowserve location in Etten-Leur and 1 day a week in a local community college for theory lessons.
You must have the following skills:
- VMBO Kader education or higher
- Willing to learn
- Hands on
- Practical attitude
- Technical background or interest
- Affinity with Engineering and technical activities
- Work in a team
- Fluent in Dutch language
What do we offer you?
An Apprenticeship contract for the duration of the study. After graduation and demonstrated good performance, Flowserve will offer an employment contract.
Appropriate salary in accordance with our CLA Metalektro
- Holiday allowance of 8%
- Year-end bonus of 5%
- 40 vacation/adv days per year
