About this role
Responsabilidades
Atuar no time de marketing de AWM dando suporte a área do negócio em atividades que envolvam:
- Eventos: disponibilização de materiais promocionais para o time e fornecedores, envio pelos Correios, controle dos materiais junto a área de armazenagem, envio de imagens de logo, produto e marca via Brandspace quando necessário, organização de materiais do escritório, realizar cotação de coffee quando necessário, produção de convites e lista de presença;
- Pagamentos: realizar a programação de pagamentos em sistema, preencher a planilha de controle de investimentos e compras de acordo com os pagamentos realizados;
- Cadastro de Fornecedores: solicitar documentação de cadastro aos fornecedores, compartilhar e alinhar cadastro com o departamento de Compras;
- Aplicativo | Closer To Zero: envio de conteúdo para posts, atualização de informação do App conforme orientação e necessidade;
- Transporte de materiais e produtos: realizar a programação e alinhamento para transporte de materiais e produtos, de acordo com os procedimentos locais.
Qualificação requerida
- Formação educacional: Ensino Médio Completo
- Conhecimentos: pacote office, procedimentos e controles administrativos, atendimento à clientes e Totvs/Protheus.
- Atitudes e comportamentos: Comunicação, visão de negócios, dinamismo, planejamento, organização e controle.
