About this role

Atividades

  • Organizar toda a fiação e equipamentos nas estações de trabalho e salas de reuniões localizados no Rochaverá.
  • Organizar a Sala de TI colocando todos os equipamentos, acessórios e ferramentas nas prateleiras e identificá-las.
  • Verificar o nível de conhecimento do aprendiz com o pacote office fazendo um overview e, dependendo do nível, dar um treinamento básico.
  • Organizar e manter organizado todos os suprimentos de TI e criar uma forma/mecanismos para controlar e manter estoque mínimo destes suprimentos.
  • Embalar equipamentos para envio e gerar etiquetas no site dos Correios.
  • Criar e/ou atualizar procedimentos/documentação de atividades administrativas e de infraestrutura de TI.
  • Fazer a troca de toner das impressoras e resolver problemas de atolamentos de papel u outros objetos.
  • Com base no check-list de TI, preparar os laptops e desktops deixando-os preparados para utilização. (Formatação completa utilizando a imagem da S+N e instalaçao de softwares corporativos) + Incluindo Atualização do Check-List.
  • Redefinir os iPhones e Ipads e deixá-los prontos para utilização.

Requisitos

  • Estar cursando ou ter concluído o Ensino Médio.
  • Ter disponibilidade para atuar 6 horas por dia.
  • Disponibilidade para participar do programa durante 16 meses.
  • Conhecimento básico do pacote Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint).
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Proatividade e vontade de aprender.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
  • Comprometimento, responsabilidade e pontualidade.
  • Interesse em desenvolver competências profissionais e construir uma carreira.
