Architectural Design Reviewer
At CLEAR, we are looking for a dedicated Architectural Design Reviewer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities:
- Critically review architectural designs, drawings, and documentation for compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Assess design feasibility, functionality, and aesthetics in alignment with project goals.
- Identify and document discrepancies, omissions, or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to discuss review findings and support design improvements.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design review or a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, zoning requirements, and construction regulations.
- Proficiency with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
