Job Description
An Area manager is required to provide support and operational oversight for selecting a growing number of Sherpa Kids Afterschool services.
Based in a number of Primary schools, our services require someone with a passion for delivering quality, dependable school-age services, with a creative and family-supportive approach to holiday care.
Requires someone who is dedicated to forming strong partnerships with their staff teams, schools, families, and with children.

Qualifications
- Own car is essential for this role **
- Proficient in Microsoft, work, excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in leading a team and manage staff
- Passion for childcare
- At least 2 written references are required.
- Childcare: 2 years (required)
- Management: 2 years (required)
- Licence/Certification:
- Drivers license and have access to a car each day (required)
