Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our team in the energy sector mainly for Oil & Gas ,Power,Fertilizer & Emerging technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative energy solutions to a diverse range of clients. You will leverage your strong communication and relationship-building skills to understand client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales with experience of selling to EPC and managing large contracts

Ā Accountabilities:
⢠Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities using the CRM system⢠Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship⢠Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.⢠Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territories.⢠In time submission of Large contracts through GEM Portals and various other government websites⢠Self driven to work individually ⢠Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions for management review
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Ā Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions.
Ā Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our energy products and services
.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Ā Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Ā Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.

Skills/Competencies required:
Knowledge of types of heat exchangers, heat transfer principles, metallurgy, mass transfer, presentation, CRM, MS office etc.
Ā
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Experience 6-8 years especially working with Clients like EIL,PDIL,IOCL,ONGC,BHEL etc
Ā Experience of filling online tenders for customers like EIL,IOCL ,BHEL through GEM portal
Ā BE in Mechanical or Chemical enginneering.
