Your Role at Innocean
As a Art Director, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling digital creatives across platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional creative teams to translate ideas into impactful digital expressions that strengthen brand presence and campaign effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities:
Creative Execution: Design high-quality digital assets including social media creatives, banners, website visuals, emailers, display ads, and basic motion graphics.
Concept Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, art directors, and strategists to bring campaign concepts to life visually.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign narratives.
Design Adaptation: Adapt master creatives across multiple formats, platforms, and responsive devices.
Quality Control: Maintain strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and accuracy across deliverables.
Mentorship: Support and guide junior designers, reviewing work to uphold creative standards.
Who We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
3–4 years of experience in integrated art or design roles
Prior experience in a creative or advertising agency preferred
Key Competencies:
Strong visual sensibility with a deep understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD; After Effects is a plus)
Experience designing for social media, digital campaigns, UI elements, and performance marketing assets
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design ideas
A portfolio showcasing creative excellence and strategic thinking
