Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual assets across digital and marketing platforms, transforming creative concepts into impactful designs that align with brand guidelines and client objectives. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, excellent design execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

Creative Concept Development

  • Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on client briefs and campaign objectives.
  • Present and pitch creative design concepts to internal stakeholders.
  • Translate ideas into compelling visual solutions that communicate brand messages effectively.

Design & Execution

  • Create high-quality design assets, including social media creatives, online advertisements, digital campaigns, banners, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are visually engaging, brand-compliant, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Deliver pixel-perfect designs while maintaining consistency across multiple platforms and formats.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance

  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Account Management, and other internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage multiple design projects within deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an advertising, branding, or digital agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience working on alcohol, beverage, or FMCG brands is highly preferred.
  • Experience creating integrated digital and social media campaigns for consumer brands will be an advantage.
