While reporting to the Supervisor, as an Experienced Manufacturing Associate or Entry Level Associates, you will be responsible for operating all manufacturing equipment. Safety, quality, productivity and strong work ethic are important to the Sonoco culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating closely with departments and plant teams to complete basic manufacturing
• Packs product into boxes, retrieves product from equipment and operates machinery
• Making incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured products
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to setup new production jobs
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
• Assists other departments as needed
• Overtime required at times.
