Immanuel Communities is seeking an Assistant Front of House Manager to work at The Landing, located at 3500 Faulkner Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516.  The Landing has 90 independent living, 34 assisted living and 14 memory support apartment homes.

The schedule for this role will be 11:00am-7:30pm every Wednesday through Saturday and 8:30am-2:00pm on Sundays.  Rotating holidays will be required for this role. Minimum age of 19 years old is required for this role.

This position will pay up to $23.00/hour (straight pay/no tips).  Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

 Assisting the Front of House Manager in overseeing daily front of house (FOH) operations for all dining venues at an assigned Immanuel Community.  Responsibilities include managing FOH operations, leading staff, and ensuring safety and compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

One (1) year of dining services or hospitality experience above the level of fast food service is required.

Some supervisory, training, and/or mentoring experience preferred.

Minimum age of 19 years old required.
