Assistant Front Office Managers
per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung des Front Office Managers in sämtlichen operativen und administrativen Bereichen sowie dessen Stellvertretung bei Abwesenheit
- Führung, Betreuung und Einführung der Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden am Front Office
- Kontrolle der Tagesabschlüsse sowie Bearbeitung von Tagesabrechnungen, Bankeinzahlungen und Gästebuchhaltung
- Professionelle Gästebetreuung inklusive Reklamationsmanagement, Zimmerzuteilung und Bearbeitung von Gästefragebogen
- Kontrolle der Gästekorrespondenz sowie Unterstützung des Front und Back Offices inklusive Reservation
Qualifikationen
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Front-Office-Erfahrung und/oder einen Abschluss einer Hotelfachschule
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption
- Fliessende Deutsch-, Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute administrative Kenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen IT-Programmen
- Führungskompetenz, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität sowie eine selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
