About the Role Flow is seeking its next Assistant General Counsel to lead a high-performing, five-person and growing legal team and serve as a strategic and hands-on operational partner to the executive team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a managing legal seat with professional growth opportunity at a fast-scaling, investor-backed vertically integrated real estate company with serious global ambitions across sectors and verticals. You will own the full legal function - from corporate governance and M&A to real estate transactions, IP strategy, product counseling, and litigation. You'll sit at the executive table, move fast, and build the legal infrastructure that lets the business scale without linear headcount growth.
